Department of the Navy Naval Facilities Engineering Command - Engineering Field Activity, Northeast

Green Reviews was awarded a $2.5 Million contract for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), Engineering Facility Activity Northeast (EFANE) for multi-media environmental compliance engineering support services at various Naval and Marine Corps installations within the geographic boundaries of EFANE; primarily within ME, VT, NH, MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, PA & DE. Under this contract, Green Reviews developed Non-Defense Environmental Restoration Program (DERP) Environmental Liability and Contingent Liability cost estimates for Navy and Marine Corps installations, and managed and developed pollution prevention plan updates, interfaced with multiple levels of Navy, Marine and civilian personnel, and provided the Navy with environmental support services.

For the Non-DERP Environmental Liability and Contingent Liability cost estimates for Navy and Marine Corps installations, Green Reviews managed reconnaissance and site visits at four large Navy installations simultaneously, preparation of four Plan of Action and Milestones, and site visits to seven Naval Reserve Centers and Navy & Marine Corps Reserve Centers. The project involved review of all non-DERP liabilities resulting from operations and activities potentially impacting air, water, soil and groundwater, review of the installations compliance with all federal, state and local regulations, organization of all information in a Navy-provided database, and cost estimating.
